Apicoltura Fioravanti was born from a lifelong love of nature and animals.
We are Lisa and Filippo, small-scale beekeepers: for us, bees are not a job but a true passion and fascination for these incredible and, above all, indispensable insects.
From this passion comes our honey, made simply and with full respect for the bees and their life cycle. Their wellbeing always comes first.
We deliberately look after only a few hives, so that we can give them great care and attention.
Our production is artisanal, with a few manual steps that preserve the original qualities of the honey, without any pasteurisation. That is why we are confident in the quality inside every jar: an authentic, genuine product.
Season by season, we produce acacia, linden, wildflower, chestnut and forest honeydew honey, harvested on our beloved hills and badlands of Brisighella.
By appointment, we offer guided apiary visits and tastings of our honeys.
Our award at the Tre Gocce d'Oro – Grandi Mieli d'Italia national competition is an important confirmation for us: care, consistency and small scale can create an authentic and distinctive product.
