Honeycomb
Comb honey is a pure, aromatic and nutrient-rich product, ideal for anyone looking for an authentic, natural experience: it stays inside the wax comb, exactly as the bees make it. This gives it a unique texture, a more complex aroma and valuable components such as pollen, propolis and active enzymes, which are often reduced or removed in processed honey.
The wax is edible, chewable and slightly balsamic.
How to enjoy it
- On its own, in small pieces: the honey flows out and the wax can be eaten or discarded.
- On bread and butter, yogurt, ice cream or fresh fruit: ideal for breakfast and desserts.
- With fresh or aged cheeses (pecorino, goat's cheese, ricotta, parmigiano): the wax softens strong flavours and creates a unique aromatic contrast.
